Cereal Killer Cafe was a café situated on Brick Lane in Spitalfield, London that served branded breakfast cereals. It was one of the first cereal-themed cafés in the world and probably the most famous. It announced its closure on 8 July 2020 as a result of the Coronavirus pandemic. In Poland, there is currently only one cereal cafe which is located in Warsaw.
It has quickly become popular amongst Instagrammers and influencers due to its colorful interior, tons of neon and of course tasty cereal! Streetwise met up with Italian owner Nick to find out more about the man behind Corn_ers.

Why did you decide to open a cereal cafe?
I also have a business connected with toys and I was at a toy fair in NY with a friend. We started brainstorming and thinking of something new we could do together and we came up with the idea for Corn_ers. Cereal cafes are still quite new in Europe so we thought we would give it a shot.
So you are partners now?
Actually he has a chain of cereal cafes in the US and we thought to bring it to Poland. We came up with a new name and here we are ?
Do you eat cereal everyday?
Hahaha, yes. Right now i’m into Choco Frosted Flakes big time. Chips Ahoy are really cool also.
Full fat milk?
Yes. I recommend lactose free milk also.
What’s the best time to eat cereal?
While watching Netflix in the evenings hahaha
Are your cereals healthy?
Healthier than a pizza ?
You are Italian so I have to ask you what is the best pizza combo?
Quattro Formaggi Bianca which is 4 cheese pizza but without the tomatoes. Delicious!
Whats the worst thing you can put on a pizza?
Ketchup! When I was naughty as a kid, my parents used to punish me by giving me pizza with ketchup hahaha
How about pizza kebab?
Hahaha. That’s actually getting popular in Italy with the youth. I can’t believe it!
Which is your most unusual cereal?
Churros or Sour Patch are really hard to get. When we have them they go straight away!
Most popular cereal right now?
Alway’s Lucky Charms and Reese’s Puffs.
What with the arcade machine?
It’s really popular. In fact it has around 2000 different games!
Which game is your favorite?
The rally game. I love it! I welcome anybody to a challenge ?
Is it free to play?
Of course! As long as you eat some cereal ?
What else do you offer apart from cereals?
We have ‘gofry’ with ice cream and cereal for example. Our milkshakes and hot dogs are really popular also. In November we will also offer ‘Mega Tost’ which will be part of the salty section here at Corn_ers. Of course, we also have great Italian coffee ?
Which iceream do you have?
Actually, we just agreed a deal with Ben & Jerry’s so we will soon stock every single one of their flavors. We are very excited to work with them! We will make an announcement on social media soon!
You live in Poland. But, what do you love and hate about Italy?
I love the lifestyle but hate the politics
and Poland?
I love that its a very organized country and hate that it’s too organized sometimes hahaha
What would you recommend someone tries when visiting Corn_ers for the first time?
Lucky Charms and Frosted Choco combined with black milk or maybe a milkshake with the same combo. Delicious!
I see on your social media that many influencers have visited Corn_ers…
Yes. That’s one of the reasons for our success! Tik Tokers and Instagrammers have been amazing for us and have communicated to their fans about Corn_ers. They feel at home here ?
