Nova Sopot was created from the passion of its owners and from the desire to create a new, interesting cuisine based on traditional Polish cuisine, but with a modern, visually attractive twist.
Our favorites are pork bone, pork knuckle in beer, dumplings, Old Polish żurek or broth with homemade pasta. Delicious!

We love the location here and the building. Very cozy! Their knowledge and passion come from France with a wealth of regional flavors and natural products. We like the cabbage soup with sauerkraut with fried potatoes, fried black pudding with porcini mushrooms in French pastry, mushroom kaszotto with parsley and the pikeperch fillet on potato dumplings with cider sauce.
