Naturalna Pizza on Hetmańska Street has two kitchens! Why you may as? Well, they have a separate kitchen for standard pizzas and a second kitchen for gluten-free pizzas!
Their ingredients for the base are simple: natural flour, water, salt and a bit of yeast. As the owners say, “We make our pizza base while maintaining the procedures and recipes we have learned from Italian masters. The gluten-free pizza dough is prepared with no compromises and shortcuts. We have two separate kitchens, two mixers, two ovens.”
Tomato sauce made from tomatoes from the south of Italy is added to the pizza, plus original Italian (lactose-free) mozzarella. There’s also a vegan cheese option. Another addition is gluten-free and lactose-free cured meats.
They have room for around twenty people inside. But there is a nice enclosed garden so you can even take your dog. For those that seek gluten-free products, pizza can be especially hard to find in Poznan so we were really excited to find this place. Prices for normal pizzas start at a cool 10zł with gluten-free pizzas starting at 18zł. Highly recommended!
